Terms of use
US VPN by Wonek · Effective 6 November 2026.
Apple’s Standard EULA
The iPhone and Mac application, when distributed through the App Store without a custom EULA, uses Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The link below opens the authoritative Apple text. These pages do not reproduce, replace or modify that license.
Current service status
The service is a private development preview operated by Arte Soft EOOD. Access is provisioned for invited testers. There is no public purchase or automatic renewal on this website. Features, capacity and available regions may change during testing.
Pilot locations are identified separately from planned AWS regions. No availability, startup-time, throughput or access-to-third-party-service guarantee is made. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and only with authorization for the systems you access. Do not use it for abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging, attacks, unlawful content distribution or interference with other users. We may restrict access to protect the service or comply with applicable law.
A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful and does not guarantee anonymity. You remain responsible for the accounts, content and services you use.
Dedicated IP and future purchases
Dedicated public IP addresses and additional regions are in development. Pricing, included traffic, cancellation, renewal and address-release terms will be presented before purchase. A planned feature described here is not an active paid entitlement.
Privacy and support
Read the privacy policy for data processing and current diagnostic retention. Contact office@arte-soft.com for support, service questions or privacy requests. Apple is not the operator of this VPN service.
