Stable across reconnects
Your allocation will stay attached to your entitlement in one region. Stopping the compute server will not release the address. It is intended for source-IP allowlists and services that need a predictable address.
A dedicated IP is not a residential IP and does not guarantee access to any third-party platform. AWS addresses belong to a cloud provider.
Wake when needed
The controller will prepare the server before handing a working endpoint to the client. Readiness means the VPN has passed its health checks, not merely that EC2 reports running. Startup times depend on region, capacity, bootstrap and health checks; 10–30 seconds is not a guarantee.
Shared capacity can sleep only when the server confirms there are no active tunnels and no pending connection requests. A closed or suspended app does not mean its VPN has disconnected.
Simple, transparent pricing
Reserved IPv4 addresses, storage, compute time and traffic have infrastructure costs. A sleeping machine is not free. Final add-on pricing and included traffic will be shown before any purchase. No payment is taken on this site.
An Elastic IP remains reserved until the dedicated-IP entitlement is ended and its release policy applies. We will not silently recycle an address while an active entitlement reserves it.
